Our clinical team of skilled staff relates to each resident personally and helps residents reach and maintain their maximum level of independence. Our team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants place the well-being of their residents first, working together as a team to provide services to meet the individual needs of each resident. They are committed to nurturing and encouraging our residents and tp providing the highest level of personal service. The ratio of caregivers to residents exceed the standard requirements. The belief that all people, regardless of age or condition, have a right to a life marked by dignity and purpose led to the development of the Special Care Unit. This unit allows residents who have higher level needs due to more severe cognitive impairment such as late stage memory loss or Alzheimer?s Disease receives while working in the Special Care Unit promotes a personcentered approach, a secure, stable, and loving environment.
